H1N1 Vaccinations

H1N1 VACCINATIONS: 

Germantown Elementary School, Thursday, Nov. 5th from 4:00-7:00pm. Priority groups that will be served at this time are: all children ages 6months thru 24 years, pregnant women, people who live with or care for children younger than 6 months of age, health care and emergency medical service workers and people ages 25 thru 64 who have chronic health conditions. Vaccines will be offered to anyone in the community that fall into any of the above priority groups after normal school hours. IF VACCINES ARE NOT RECEIVED, THIS MAY BE POSTPONED AND/OR CANCELLED. Sponsored by Carlyle Health Department. Please call Clinton County Health Department should you have any questions. 594-2723.

 

VNA-TIP Healthcare Vaccination Program: Germantown Elementary School, Thursday, November 5th from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Regular Flu Shot: $25.00

Pneumonia Shot: $45.00.
